Overview
This document reviews how to access Lease File Audit Reporting and contains a review of all report types with details of included data and export file types available.
The following video goes through the functionality of the feature.
Specifications
Instructions cover how to pull reports for all Lease File Audits completed after August 2020.
Step 1
Login to the Web App and Select Your Organization
Login at inspect.sightplan.com
Select your company from the Organization List
Select Lease File Audit from the App menu on the left
You will see options for Audits and Templates
Select Audits
Step 2
Select the Appropriate Audit
You can search by audit name, sort the list, or select a date range
Click on the audit to view it
Step 3
Review the Audit Data
In the Audit Review, you can view data collected in the audit and correct common auditor errors
2. Click on each tab to review the data provided during the audit and make changes
Employers – Review Employer names and correct misspellings or abbreviations. Drag an employer name over another to update all instance of that name
Incomes – View the median income range for the community and make corrections to any identified outliers
Variances – Prefer to omit certain variance types from your reporting? Remove them in this step
Multi-Lease Units – If there are multiple leases for a unit, you may choose which you would prefer to appear in the reporting
Step 4
View and Save Reports
Once you have reviewed the data, click the Reports Tab
Reports are grouped by type and include descriptions
Click the Download icon to the right of each report to download
List of Available Reports
Audit Summary & Demographic Report
Provides an overview of audit data including Variance Summary; Floorplan Overview; Charge, Concession, & Deposit Totals; Demographics including Income, Age, & Gender; Screening Results; Employment Overview; and Relocation Data.
Combines previously available reports: Audit Summary Report & Demographic Report

2. Itemized Audit All Data Report
Includes all audit data and can be exported in excel format. Allows filtering to select specific sections or questions, or to show only variances.
Filter this report to view Rent Variance and Security Deposit Variance files.

3. Audit Detail Report
Creates an updated rent roll utilizing data updated during the audit.
- Available in Excel format
4. Lease Expiration Burn Down Report
Displays a graph and count of lease end dates by month.
- Available in PDF format with graphs, or underlying data in Excel format
5. Income Ratio Report
Includes overview of income ratio by floorplan, as well as an ascending list of all leaseholder income ratios.
Combines previously available reports: Income Ratio Report and Qualification Report.
- Available in PDF format with graphs, or underlying data in Excel format
6. Gain/Loss Report
Shows Rent Gain and Loss overall, by floorplan, and by unit.
- Available in PDF format with graphs, or underlying data in Excel format
7. Concession Burn Down Report
Sum of active concessions by month.
- Available in PDF format with graphs, or underlying data in Excel format
8. Rent & Revenue Analysis
Provides Occupied vs Vacant Rent Data; Comparison of Rent Roll to Audit Variances; an Overview of Non-Revenue Units; and a Comparison of Market and Effective Rents by Floorplan.
Combines previously available reports: Market & Effective Rent Analysis and Revenue Summary Report.

9. Rent Variance Report
Provides a summary of Rent Roll vs Lease Rent values and includes a list of all files where a Rent Variance was present

10. Deposit Variance Report
Provides a summary of Rent Roll vs Lease Deposit values and includes a list of all files where a Rent Variance was present
- Available in PDF format with graphs, or underlying data in Excel format
