If you are using SightPlan Engage, once your residents move in they will have access to the Resident App and your Community's Web Portal. In this guide we'll show you how they can recover their username or password.
Resident Passwords:
If a resident needs a password reset to log in to their ResidentService.com account, they can click on the “forgot password?” link found on the sign-in screen of your Community's Web Portal.
Community Team Members can also send a resident a password reset by clicking on the forgot password link and entering their email address.
*Please have them check their spam/junk folder if they can't find it easily.
Resident Username:
A resident will be invited to ResidentService.com and asked to set up their username and password. If a resident has forgotten their username, they can click on “forgot username” and enter their email address, which will send them a link to their email.
Please note that a resident’s email address is not always the same as the resident’s username and residents will not be invited to join until they have been moved in.
