Walk & Talk is an AI voice assistant for the mobile Work Management app. When creating a task, users will be able to dictate a description of the problem, and AI will use cues in the description to prefill the task category, subcategory, and place. This feature will make task creation for teams even easier, especially for those on the go throughout the community. Users will also be able to add another for all task types by clicking the Add Another button at the bottom of the screen; this will enable more efficient creation of multiple tasks at once.

How To Use Walk & Talk

  1. Click the + in the top right corner of the home screen of the mobile app to Add a Task

  2. Select “Talk”


  3. Click the microphone icon

  4. Describe the issue aloud


  5. Click the stop recording button


  6. Wait a moment while Walk & Talk updates the task fields


  7. Confirm all fields are filled in properly and click “Create Task”

Add Another

To easily add another task with the category, subcategory, and place prefilled with the previous task's settings:

  1. Check the “Add another” box in the bottom left corner

  2. Click “Create Task and Add Another"


  3. Repeat the above steps
