While your team is in the field updating the turn, the board on web will reflect real-time progress. Our SMRT Operations Manager Boards feature was previously only available via AppleTV. We have now made this functionality available to all Work Pro users via SMRT Operations Manager Web.
Overview
The SMRT Operations Manager Boards feature allows for the task groups within project templates to be displayed as column headers in the tasks list. Within those columns, you're able to see a high-level overview of the group's tasks such as the due date, assignee, status, and more.
The SMRT Operations Manager Boards (Web) feature was Released 9/23/22 with SP Web 5.30.0.
-SMRT Operations Manager Boards (Web & T.V.) is available with Work Pro.
SMRT Operations Manager Boards Web include the following functionality:
Work Pro users at sites with the Boards feature flag turned on can now enable Boards on new and existing templates
Integrations - Web Boards are available for Yardi & RealPage integrations. (RealPage functionality released in Work version 6.1.0 on 2/15/24)
Columns can be added to the task list that are representative of Project Groups within the template
When viewing the Project Group data in the task list, users will see rollup information for the project group due dates
Users can optionally view group assignees in the list
Hovering over group data will display a tooltip with additional details on group details (image below)
Users can add Project Group filters based on the assignee, status, due date, closed date, and closed by the user
Users can add a unit-type column to the task list and filter by this column
This release does not include the ability to add Move In/Out Dates to the task list, stay tuned for more information on future releases.
